Phase 2: Selection for WAT and PI

Weightages for Academic Peformances

Composite Score (100%) = SSC (35%) + HSC (35%) + Bachelor’s Degree (30%).

*Note: IIM Indore will be following a normalization scheme to normalize academic scores across boards and universities.

Based on the above two phases, Candidates will be called for WAT and PI process at a ratio of 1:10 (seats:calls) across each category.

Phase 3: Final Selection Process

IIM Indore will conduct the WAT and PI process in the month of May/April 2014 across the following centers:

A merit list will be prepared based on the performances of candidates across various parameters and a Final Composite Score (FCS)  will be calculated for each candidate which will be a summation of the weighted  scores in academics, personal interview and WAT.

Final Composite Score Calculation will be based on above weigtages across parameters

Final Composite Score Calculation will be based on the above weigtages across parameters

Final Composite Score (FCS): SSC (17%) + HSC (17%) + BD (16%) + PI (35%) +
WAT (15%)

50% weightage for academic performance clearly indicates that “a good score in CAT with decent PI and WAT“,  will no longer be sufficient to convert this coveted IIM Indore call.
