The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) has carried out the IIFT exam on December 02, 2018. The admission exam was held in a single sitting from 10:00 AM till 12:00 PM. The candidates had to arrive at the center of the admission test by 09:00 AM. According to the news, the students did not face any problem at the examination center.
The IIFT 2018 Entrance Exam which was held recently is an offline exam. The Exam Pattern included MCQ questions. The duration of the test was 3 hours. The question paper is separated into three parts. Section I comprised of questions from the following divisions.
- Section I comprised of 26 questions from the General Awareness.
- Section II had 20 questions from subjects such as English Usage and 17 from Reading Comprehension.
- Section III was based on 20 questions from Logical Reasoning, and 15 from Data Interpretation.
- Section IV constituted of 20 questions from Quantitative Ability.

Section-wise Paper Analysis
Section I deals with General Awareness which was scaled at medium difficulty level. If an applicant has prepared well and had the right knowledge about current affairs, one can obtain marks undoubtedly in this section. Questions asked in this paper were common in and were not much difficult.
According to the students, Section II also had a medium difficulty level. This section comprised of five passages catering to the Reading Comprehension. The comprehension passages were long, however, if the applicants studied and read the questions correctly, it must have been a cakewalk for them. As it is an easy section, there are high chances a test giver can score good marks here.
The comments of the majority of the students state that Logical Reasoning in Section III was easy. On the other hand, Data Interpretation was tough. There were a total of five questions from DI inclined towards Calculation and were tricky in nature. Besides, the questions from the topic sets were simple, hence the students who have good IQ can solve them. Logical Reasoning part comprised of four questions catering to a Puzzle which were likewise easy to solve. The simplest segment amongst all the other sections was particularly the Logical Reasoning one.
Here comes the only difficult section, the Quantitative Aptitude. It was tough in comparison to the different parts. The format of the CAT 2018 exam was also similar to the IIFT 2019 Admission Test, in which, surprisingly Quantitative turned out to be the most challenging segment.
IIFT 2018 Answer Key and Solutions
IIFT Admission is conducted throughout the nation. The IIFT entrance test is taken each year by the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade concerning entrance in the MBA segment for International Business. How are the IIFT 2018 Result Measured?
IIFT exam 2019 was carried out in the offline mode, in the paper-pencil format having 100 marks. What after IIFT 2018 Result?
The definitive list of chosen applicants for MBA (IB) curriculum at IIFT 2019 will be declared in the following second week of the month of April 2019.
