Highest CTC offered shot up to INR 16 lakhs per annum while the Average CTC offered was INR 10. 9 lakhs per annum. There was a 3.5% y-o-y growth in Average CTC observed during IIM Bodh Gaya Placement 2019. The highlight of IIM BodhGaya Placement 2019 was a high increase in the Highest Salary Package going up to INR 16 LPA in 2019 and Average Salary going up to INR 10.90 lakhs.

Notably, the top 25 percentile of students secured an Average Salary of INR 12.60 LPA and the Average Salary of the top 50 percentile batch stood at INR 12.2 lakhs per annum. The Median Salary stood at Rs. 10.6 lakhs per annum at IIM BodhGaya Placement 2019.
