  • Though the facilities are good, the overall campus area is small as compared to some of the other leading B-Schools.

  • Average CTC as per the official placement report for the flagship PGDM Course is 13.18 LPA while that for PGDM HRM is 13.07 LPA and for PGDM B&FS is 12.57 LPA.
  • With hundreds of companies coming on campus with a variety of job profiles, the placement process at IMI Delhi gives students a lot of opportunities.




  • With huge batch size, there is a cut-throat competition. 
  • No good placements in Operations/Supply Chain sector.
  • In Finance, a limited number of top Banks visit and hence there is a huge scope to improve here as well.
  • HR Course is highly unsettled and does not feature among the favorite destinations for HR recruitments. Official figures for PGDHRM are certainly inflated to a good extent in the official placement report.

IMI Delhi Review: Admission Process

  • Candidates who have appeared for the CAT examination or furnished valid GMAT score and have applied to IMI, Delhi will be shortlisted on the basis of information provided in the application form.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the final stage of the selection process.
  • Past academic performance in graduation, class XII & X, Essay Writing, Psychometric Test, Personal Interview besides other qualitative parameters, will constitute the core components of the final stage of the selection process.

IMI Delhi Rankings 2018-19

IMI Delhi is certainly among the top 15 MBA College options which Career Anna recommends to students, after the List A Colleges (IIMs, XLRI, FMS, MDI, NITIE, SPJIMR). Those interested for a career in IT Consulting and to an extent in Finance can have this as an option. HR Course is not recommendable. For Marketing, you may not find your dream companies here, so take a wise call.
