IRMASAT Cutoff 2019: IRMA, Anand will use different CAT/XAT cutoffs for shortlisting the candidates for the final selection round for admissions 2019-21. There are two shortlisting cutoffs based on the profile and profile cum merit for admission to PGDRM 2019-21 batch. The IRMASAT Cutoff 2019 refers to the minimum marks or percentile a test taker must obtain in order to qualify for the subsequent rounds of selection process. IRMASAT 2019 exam is conducted by Institute of Rural Management, Anand the results’ of which will be announced in the fourth week of February 2019. The selection process consists of Group Activities (GA) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds.

IRMASAT Cutoff 2019 in Shortlisting
This year the admission criteria for PGDRM 2019-21 batch at IRMA, Anand has been changed as the shortlisting for the final selection round will be based either on profile or on the CAT 2018/XAT 2019 score, and only the shortlisted candidates will be able to appear in IRMASAT and GA-PI.
Accordingly, IRMASAT cutoff 2019 for Admission 2019 differs for both the rounds. The shortlisting cutoffs based on profile and cutoffs for merit-based exam score are different. Besides, IRMA has shifted its mandatory IRMASAT to the final selection round instead of pre-requisite for shortlisting.
Factors determining the IRMASAT Cutoff 2019
- The number of candidates appearing for IRMASAT.
- The number of candidates passing IRMASAT exam.
- Difficulty level of the question paper.
- Total number of seats available.
IRMA CAT and XAT Cutoffs
IRMA gives higher emphasis on the other quality parameters in its entire admission process. Accordingly, the B-school has not pegged the CAT, XAT score cutoff very high. The candidates above the minimum cutoffs in CAT 2018/XAT 2019 will be considered for the final admission round.

Profile-based Shortlisting: Cutoff 80 Percentile
The applicants who score above 80 percentile in CAT 2018/XAT 2019 and fall in the Profile-based criteria are eligible to be shortlisted for the IRMASAT and GD/PI process. However the candidates those who are shortlisted on the basis of their profiles should also meet a minimum qualifying score in the entrance exam. Candidates fulfilling the following criteria are shortlisted for profile based calls:
- Graduation in Development, Public policy, Agriculture, Dairy, Sustainability, Veterinary Sciences, Food Technology
- Work experience in Public Policy, Development Sector, Dairy
- Excellence in Academics with graduation from top colleges
Merit-based Shortlisting: Cutoff 85 Percentile
Applicants are also shortlisted separately with Non-Profile based Criteria for IRMASAT 2019 and GD-PI round:
- Candidates who score above 85 percentile in CAT 2018/XAT 2019 and fall in the Non-Profile based criteria are eligible to be shortlisted for the IRMASAT and GD/PI process.
- Both IRMASAT 2019 and GD/PI process will be conducted at IRMA for shortlisted candidates
- Mere fulfillment of minimum eligibility criteria will not ensure consideration for shortlisting for the next stage of Admissions process
Expected IRMASAT Cutoff 2019

IRMASAT Result 2019 will be declared in the form of a scorecard in the fourth week of February 2019. Based on this result, IRMA will announce a shortlist of candidates for the final selection process. The selected candidates will have to appear for GA and PI rounds respectively. Lastly, the final merit list prepared by Institute of Rural Management Anand will be released in the last week of March 2019 declaring the names of students who have qualified for the admission in PGDRM programme at the Institute of Rural Management, Anand.
Final Selection by IRMA
The final admission round at IRMA consists of three different components:
- IRMA Social Awareness Test 2019 (IRMASAT 2019).
- Group Activity (GA).
- Personal Interview (PI).
The weightage given to all the selection stages is as follows:
